This item is for 60 minute feng shui consultation session with Hanni Lim which can be used for:

  • Quick look consultation for one property of the types listed below
  • Pre-purchase inspection for any type of property
  • Clarifying your questions on topics you have learnt from Hanni

Types of Properties covered (one per consultation only):

  • Apartment/Flat (Studio or apartment, 1-3 bedrooms)
  • House: Town-house / Terrace  /  Linked House (3-4 rooms, max 120 sqm/1300 sqf  built-up area)
  • House: Single Level Standalone House (max 120 sqm/1300 sqf  built-up area)

Cannot be used for:

  • Consultation for the concept design of a brand new house not covered above (not yet built)
  • Consultation for Properties larger than those mentioned above
  • If you would like a consultation for a brand new house, property development or subdivision of a property please contact Hanni separately

How it works:

  • This coaching/consultation session is only available to students who have taken classes with Hanni Lim.
  • If you are not a previous student, please contact Hanni directly through these channels
  • After the purchase you will receive an email with instructions on how to book a meeting time with Hanni
  • The meeting will be done through Zoom – this is an ONLINE consultation and will last for 60 minutes.
  • Before the consultation, you will need to prepare your floor plan, marked with the directions.
  • During the Zoom meeting we will review your floor plan. Any changes will be annotated on the plan and sent back to you by email.

Important Information:

  • All recommendations will be done during our allocated time slot of 60 minutes.
  • If your property is slightly more complex than usual and requires more time than the 60 minutes of consultation time allocated, I will advise you to purchase an additional hour of consultation to complete your case.
  • This is an online consultation (I will not be visiting your property)
  • No refunds will be given after purchase.
  • If you are not sure if this is right for you, please contact me first before purchasing.
  • Consultation meeting must be booked within 60 days of purchase.
